Renter’s Agreement

- Bridal dresses and party dresses exceeding the rent price 5k need to be picked up and dropped off by the renters.
- Payment needs to be made in advance. We entertain bank transfers only at this point. You can open the package to check the items, but the rider will not wait for you to try it out. If you want the trial, you can contact us on WhatsApp (0371-4118673), and we will look into the possibility of tryouts. We do not take any security deposits at this moment other than Bridal dresses (50% of the rent price). However, there is a small Insurance fee of 5% of the total rent being charged, which we apply to your order to protect you against any mishandled item charges. This fee is used in the repair, intense cleaning or wear & tear during the usage.
- The original CNIC needs to be submitted along with the security deposit.
- Renters who are not reachable after the event dates will be considered fraudulent, and legal action will be taken against them.
- Make sure to collect and drop items in time. Rentiquea will not follow up or give reminders. Any payments made will be irreversible. There will be a penalty charge equivalent to the rent price for every additional day the item delivery is delayed. (For example: you rented an item for 500RS, and you were supposed to return it on Monday, you delayed and sent it back or dropped it off on Tuesday, you will be charged an additional 500RS). In case of non-return, the renter will be charged the retail price of that rented item. In case of non-compliance, legal action can be taken.
- Items/dresses must be checked carefully by the renter at the time of delivery. Once delivered, Rentiquea will bear no responsibility.
- Items rented should stay within the city (i.e., Lahore) unless approved otherwise by Rentiquea. Non-compliance could result in legal action, as it will be considered fraud.
- Do not use perfumes on the dresses.
- Any major damage to the dress makes the renter liable to pay the amount decided by Rentiquea to fix it.
- If the renter's behaviour is inappropriate, future orders may be cancelled without notice.
- Delivery from Rentiquea will be made between 10:00 am and 12:00 am. In case the renter is not available to receive, additional charges will apply for the 2nd time delivery and so on.
- Dress will only be dropped off and picked up at the address mentioned in the order receipt.
- The order's status can be inquired by calling 0371-4118673 between 2 pm and 3 am.
- Renters are not allowed to make any alterations on their own; if need be, discuss with Rentiquea, and they will confirm what can be done next.
- Renters are not allowed to dry clean or wash the dresses. In case of any damage, please contact Rentiquea at 0371-4118673 at the earliest, and Rentiquea’s team will assist you.
- Dresses must be returned in the same packaging and accessories (including hangers, suit casing) etc. provided at the time of delivery.
- Renters will be rated/reviewed by Rentiquea. Rating can also affect the amount of the security deposit taken.
- The security deposit may take up to 7 working days to be refunded after the dresses are successfully returned and will be transferred to your provided bank account number.
- If a renter books a dress for someone else under their name, the renter will be liable for that order. Ratings may be affected, and any liability lies with the renter.
